Matte Finish Detailing - Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Matte Finish Detailing. By engaging our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms govern all shop and mobile detailing services, packages, consultations, and any sale or application of products, including but not limited to deep cleans, paint correction, 9H ceramic coatings, and maintenance plans.

Services and Estimates

  • All services are provided based on the selected package and any agreed-upon add-ons. Estimates are based on vehicle condition, size, and requested services. Final pricing may vary if additional work is required beyond the original scope; any significant changes will be communicated and approved before proceeding.

  • Appointments are scheduled by time and service type. We make every effort to meet agreed start and completion times but are not responsible for delays caused by unforeseen circumstances, extended work on prior vehicles, or additional work requested after service begins.

Payment and Deposits

  • A non-refundable deposit may be required to secure appointments for certain services, including ceramic coatings and multi-step paint correction. The deposit amount will be communicated at booking.

  • Full payment is due upon completion of services unless alternative arrangements are agreed in writing. We accept major payment methods as specified at time of booking.

  • Prices do not include taxes, fees, or costs for additional materials unless explicitly stated.

Cancellations and Rescheduling

  • Cancellations or rescheduling should be made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled appointment to avoid forfeiture of deposits or incurrence of cancellation fees. Short-notice cancellations may be subject to a fee.

  • We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule an appointment due to weather conditions, safety concerns, equipment failure, or other unforeseen circumstances. In such cases we will offer the earliest possible alternative appointment.

Vehicle Condition and Access

  • Customers must disclose all known mechanical issues, prior paintwork, aftermarket modifications, and convertible or special materials. Vehicles must be emptied of personal items prior to service. Matte Finish Detailing is not responsible for loss or damage to personal belongings left in the vehicle.

  • We reserve the right to refuse service on vehicles that are unsafe to work on, contain hazardous materials, or exceed reasonable expectations of soiling that pose health or equipment risks.

Paint Correction, Ceramic Coatings, and Warranty

  • Multi-stage paint correction and 9H ceramic coating services are performed using professional-grade products and equipment. Results depend on the vehicle's existing condition and history. While we strive for optimal outcomes, initial imperfections such as deep scratches, heavy oxidation, or previous repair work may limit achievable results.

  • Warranties associated with our coatings and services are subject to specific terms, including required maintenance, approved maintenance products, and professional inspections. Warranty durations and coverage details will be provided with the service agreement. Improper maintenance, use of unapproved products, or mechanical damage may void warranty coverage.

Liability and Damage

  • Matte Finish Detailing carries insurance and exercises professional care. However, we are not liable for pre-existing damage, manufacturer defects, or issues resulting from prior repairs or aftermarket components. Any pre-existing conditions should be documented prior to service.

  • Claims for damage or dissatisfaction must be reported within 48 hours of service completion. We will assess and, where appropriate, remedy verified issues. We are not responsible for incidental or consequential damages beyond the scope of our work.

Use of Images and Testimonials

  • By consenting to service, customers grant Matte Finish Detailing permission to photograph and use images of the vehicle for promotional purposes, unless a written objection is provided prior to service. Testimonials and reviews may be used in marketing materials with attribution.

Privacy and Data

  • We collect contact and vehicle information necessary to provide services and maintain records. Personal information is handled in accordance with applicable privacy laws and will not be sold to third parties. We may use contact information to send service reminders and promotions unless the customer opts out.

Third-Party Products and Parts

  • Where third-party products or replacement parts are required, we will source and fit reasonable quality components unless otherwise requested. Warranties on third-party parts are governed by their manufacturers.

Acceptance of Terms

  • These terms and conditions constitute the agreement between the customer and Matte Finish Detailing. By booking or receiving services, the customer acknowledges understanding and acceptance of these terms.

For questions or clarifications regarding these terms, please contact Matte Finish Detailing prior to booking.
